หลักการและเหตุผล สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ทำให้ประชาชนทุกภูมิภาค มีความกังวล ตระหนก หวาดกลัวการติดโรคและ ผลกระทบทั้งด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคมที่จะตามมา ชุมชนบ้านทุ่งโหลง ตำบลปากน้ำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดกระบี่ มีประชากรรวม 2,666 คน (เพศชาย 1,226 คน ,เพศหญิง 1,440 คน: 1,986 ครัวเรือน) ปี 2564-2565 มีผู้ติดเชื้อโควิด–19 จำนวน 32 ราย ทุกรายมีปัญหากับโรค long Covid ชุมชนได้รับผลกระทบด้านคนว่างงาน และรายได้ลดลงร้อยละ 60 มีหนี้สินร้อยละ 70 มีภาวะเครียดร้อยละ 60 จากปัญหาดังกล่าวทำให้มีการรวมตัวกันของแกนนำชุมชน ได้แก่ ชมรมผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มอาชีพต่างๆ ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน ครูเกษียณราชการ อาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ผู้นำชุมชน และชาวบ้าน ได้ร่วมกันจัดทำโครงการเพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนวิถีชีวิตใหม่ (New Normal) โดยการพัฒนากลุ่มอาชีพดั้งเดิมให้มีคุณภาพและสนับสนุนให้ผู้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากโควิด-19 เข้ารวมกลุ่มอาชีพเพื่อเพิ่มรายได้และลดรายจ่าย เพื่อจะลดความเครียดเรื่องหนี้สินที่เกิดจากขาดรายได้ หรือรายได้ไม่เพียงพอ มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์เป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในภาคใต้ตอนบนที่มุ่งเน้นเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ให้กับท้องถิ่นและมุ่งสร้างความเป็นเลิศสู่สากล โดย 1 ใน 4 พันธกิจหลักคือการให้บริการทางวิชาการแก่หน่วยงานทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน ในด้านการให้คำปรึกษา การวิจัยและพัฒนา การทดสอบ การสำรวจรวมทั้งการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนา อันจะก่อให้เกิดการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีที่จำเป็น และเหมาะสมเพื่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคม ของภูมิภาคและประเทศชาติ และจากปัญหาหรือผลกระทบโควิด-19 พบว่า สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ซึ่งเป็นสำนักวิชาที่ผลิตพยาบาลซึ่งเป็นบุคคลสำคัญในทีมสุขภาพ เล็งเห็นความสำคัญของการดูแลผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากโควิดทั้งด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ จึงสนใจสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมโครงการ “งานจักสาน ทำขนมพื้นบ้าน ปลูกผักปลอดสาร เพิ่มรายได้ สร้างเสริมสุขภาพจิตบ้านทุ่งโหลง” เพื่อทำให้ภาวะเครียดของชุมชนลดลงจากภาวะสุขภาพดี และมีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น
กลุ่มเป้าหมายหลัก : จำนวน 15 คน กลุ่มผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจำนวน 40 คน
กลุ่มเป้าหมายรอง : ครัวเรือนในชุมชนที่สนใจเข้าร่วมโครงการจำนวน 20 คน

ผลลัพธ์โครงการ
- ร้อยละ 60 ของผู้ได้รับผลกระทบ มีคุณภาพชีวิตในภาพรวมดีขึ้น
- ร้อยละ 60 ของผู้ที่มีภาวะเครียด มีภาวะเครียดลดลง
- ร้อยละ 80 ของผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการมีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น
ประโยชน์ที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ
- เกิดกลไกขับเคลื่อนงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาวะลดผลกระทบจากการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19ในชุมชน
- เกิดกลุ่มแกนนำมีความรู้และสร้างทักษะสร้างเสริมสุขภาวะ
- เกิดกลุ่มอาชีพ 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่กลุ่มผ้ามัดย้อม กลุ่มปุ๋ยหมักดินปลูก กลุ่มผ้าอัตลักษณ์สายลมกระบี่ มีสมาชิกรวม 55 คน

Background The situation of the spread of COVID- 19 has made people in every region worried, panic, and afraid of contracting the disease and Both economic and social impacts will follow. Ban Thung Long Community, Pak Nam Subdistrict, Mueang District, Krabi Province, has a total population of 2,666 people (1,226 males, 1,440 females: 1,986 households). In 2021-2022, there were 32 cases infected with COVID–19 and also having Long Covid problem. The community was affected by unemployment and income decreased by 60%. 70% were in debt , 60% were stressed. From these problems, there was a gathering of community leaders , including the Elderly Club. Various occupational groups folk philosopher retired teacher Village health volunteers (VHVs), community leaders and villagers have jointly created a project to change the way of life (New Normal) by developing traditional occupation groups to have quality and supporting those affected by COVID-19 joins professional groups to increase income and reduce expenses. In order to reduce stress about debt caused by lack of income or insufficient income.
Walailak University is a higher education institution in the upper southern region that focuses on being a source of learning for the local community and creating excellence internationally. 1 of the 4 main missions is to provide academic services to various agencies both Public and private sectors In the field of consulting Research and development, testing, surveying as well as training and development. which will lead to the transfer of necessary technology and suitable for economic and social development of the region and nation And from the problem or impact of COVID-19 , School of Nursing Science is a school that produces nurses who are important people in the health team. Recognizes the importance of taking care of those affected by COVID, both physically and mentally. Therefore interested in supporting and promoting the project “MENTAL HEALTH PROMOTION AND INCREASE OUTCOMES : BASKETRY, LOCAL DESSERT & ORGANIC VEGETABLES AT BAN THUNGLONG PAKNAM, MUANG, KRABI" to reduce the stress of the community from a state of good health and have increased family incomes.
Main target group : 15 people in community and 40 affected people.
